Dunelm Mattress Return Policy
The return and refund policy is applicable on mattresses only if they are unpacked and in their original state. Due to health and hygiene issues, used and opened mattresses are not refunded. However, damaged or faulty mattresses can be returned by contacting customer care within 30 days.

Exchange of products:
Exchange of product is also offered within 28 days of buying but items must meet refund criteria. Visit the nearest Dunelm store to exchange products.
Refunded products:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Dunelm offers a refund and exchange within 28 days. To claim a refund or exchange, you must have the receipt of the purchase. The refunded amount will be added back to the original tender type.
For online purchases, products can be refunded or exchanged in any nearest store in the UK. Items with their receipt can be parcel to store via Hermes parcel shop drop off or home collection.
For an in-store refund, you have to visit the store to refund products. In-store purchase items can not be returned or exchanged online. Furniture, larger size items, and live plants can not be refunded in store.
Criteria for a refund:
Dunelm offers the fastest refund on returning eligible products to your nearest store.
To return product receipt or order confirmation and cardholder must be present. Products must have their tags and original packing. It should be unopened and in a like-new state. Some products are not refunded unless they are damaged.
Return policy for damaged and faulty products:
If you find your products damaged or faulty, you can immediately contact customers to ask for a refund and exchange.
Contact customer care at (0345-165-6565) or on the website by contact form. The company will arrange a driver to get damaged products from the doorstep or inside the house. The contact-free collection is also available from your house in case the customer is not at home or in isolation.
Shipping charges will be applied however if the whole order is defective shipping will be refunded. Custom-made and made measure products are not refunded but if you receive damaged order, apply for a refund and contact customer care.

The company will compensate by changing or refunding the item if your order is more than £199. If you reject an exchange company will offer a full refund at the original price.
Can I return my purchase after 30 days?
Yes, you can ask for an exchange or refund under the Consumer Right Act after 30 days if the product is damaged or defective. The company will arrange an independent expert to examine the damaged product and arrange possible plans for repair. However, if repair is not the available company will offer a replacement or full refund according to the Consumer Right Act.
Will Dunelm deliver furniture and larger items to my room of choice?
Yes, the company has recently announced the ‘room of choice’ tab for delivering furniture and larger size items to your room. An arrangement of two-person teams is made to help customers in setting up their furniture inside any room. You have to contact the company in advance to make arrangements for delivery on your doorsteps.
How to track my online order at Dunelm?
To track order details, contact customer care for order status or simply put your 10-digit order number on the website page available to track your order. The order number can be found in the confirmation email. Once the order confirmation email is received, the confirmed date of delivery will also be uploaded on the tracking order page.
